UPDATE ⚖️

Justice served as Mr. Eddy Ebube, aka Bebex, and his worker Ali were arraigned in court . They plead not guilty to their charges.

Both defendants were granted bail with conditions and the case has been adjourned to May 15, 2023.

The Commissioner of Police directed the immediate removal of the DPO in charge of Olosan Police Station.

We thank the Lagos State Ministry of Health and Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation for offering support to ensure there are robust options available to the survivor in terms of rehabilitation.

At the #LagosDSVA, we wish to state that all forms of abuse is a crime, not only against the Survivor but also against the STATE and we are committed to ensuring that all perpetrators are made to face the full wrath of the law and Survivors get Justice.
